Description
This residential design combines warmth and neutral colors to develop a comfortable, modern home. A balance and play of materiality, shows natural colors such as wood along with glass and metal for contrast. The use of light tones, large windows and plush seating create an inviting, warm and cozy atmosphere. The space includes a large kitchen gym and living space on the first floor, in addition a relaxing lounge area on the porch made for viewing nature. The second floor, allows for a second more intimate family living room, with 3 bedrooms allowing for walk in closets and bathrooms in every room.

Warm, neutral colors
A design implementing the warm and neutral tones, allowing for comfort and soft textures as well as simple patterns.
Inviting, homey atmosphere
Using color, texture daylight and a combination of natural and man-made materiality, allows for variety of visual interest as well as an inviting homey atmosphere.
Accommodating space
Allowing for large spaces in which activities and hobbies are possible. As well as accommodating rooms allowing for more comforts and ease of living.
