Description

This project is a renovation of the flat iron building, located in Atlanta, known as Atlanta’s oldest standing skyscraper. The building was re-imagined as a boutique hotel focused on my personal concept of airy luxury. The concept incorporates the amenities of luxury hotels but with the inviting and personalized feeling of a boutique hotel.

The first floor is the reception area with a restaurant located in the back, the second floor includes an entertainment room for activity and relaxation. The third floor’s main features is the luxury spa, gym and employee offices while the fourth floor shows the layout of the guest rooms, including a king suite and ADA room.
